What does it cost?
$30 a month for the whole business, however many people work with you. Team members pay nothing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days, with no card. If you do not subscribe by then, your business goes read-only. Nothing is deleted, you can still see and export everything, and subscribing brings it all back.
Do you take a cut of my jobs?
No. We never take a cut, and we never sell leads. The flat fee is the only thing we charge you.
Does my team need the app?
No. A worker can accept jobs, say they are on the way, send photos and finish a job from WhatsApp. Or they can use the app. It is their choice.
My team speaks Spanish or Portuguese. Does it work?
Yes. Each person uses Laborpad in their own language, and the words you write can be translated for them.
Can a worker take my client list?
A worker sees only what they need for a job, and only around the time of that job. Your client list belongs to your business.
Do you track my team's location?
No, never. You hear when someone arrives because they tap a button or send a check-in photo.
Is my data mine?
Yes. You can export it anytime. We never sell it.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Billing stops at the end of the period you paid for.
