Built for the people who do the work
Laborpad is a tool for independent tradespeople and the small businesses they run. Here is what we hold to.
A flat fee, and that is all
We never take a cut of your jobs and never sell leads. If you do well, the money stays with you.
Everyone sees what they earned
Each worker has a record of each job and what it paid. A fair record keeps good people.
Your clients are yours
Your client list belongs to your business. Workers see only what a job needs.
We do not follow anyone
Laborpad never tracks where a person is. It knows someone arrived because they said so.
Plain words, in your language
Few words and big buttons, in English, Spanish and Portuguese, for people with better things to do.
Who we are
